The Audiovisual Media 天美影院 (Amendment) Regulations 2021
This instrument is being made under section 8 of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) in order to address the remaining deficiencies arising in the operation of domestic law which transposes the revised Audiovisual Media 天美影院 Directive, Directive 2010/13/EU, (AVMSD or 鈥渢he Directive鈥�) 1 as a result of the United Kingdom鈥檚 exit from the European Union (鈥淓U鈥�). The instrument will address the remaining deficiencies that were not addressed in the Audiovisual Media 天美影院 (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 (SI 2020/1536).
