Statements of information if you are representing yourself in court
If you are representing yourself in court, also known as litigant in person, you鈥檒l be asked by the court to use:
- form ES1 to send a summary of your case
- form ES2 to send a summary of your finances
You can access the forms by scrolling down to the bottom of the聽 and downloading the file. In the downloaded file you will see 鈥楾emplate ES1鈥� as a Word document and 鈥楾emplate ES2鈥� as an Excel spreadsheet.
