Information on the progress of projects in the Government Major Projects Portfolio.
罢丑别听National Infrastructure and Service Transformation Authority聽(NISTA) publishes an annual report each year as part of the government鈥檚 commitment to transparency.
The annual report tracks the progress of projects currently in the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP) and provides analysis of how they鈥檙e performing.
Each government department also publishes more detailed data about their projects as well as lists of聽GMPP Senior Responsible Owners聽and their appointment letters.
NISTA was formed in April 2025 from the merger of the Infrastructure and Projects Authority (IPA) and the National Infrastructure Commission (NIC).
These annual reports were previously published by the聽IPA; earlier annual reports are also listed under the Major Projects Authority (MPA).

The NISTA Annual Report 2024-25 for the first time collates all departmental Government Major Projects Portfolio data in an online dashboard. The data can be downloaded as a single spreadsheet from this dashboard, or via the gov.uk page below.
