Public inquiry recommendations and the government's response
This page records聽public inquiry recommendations聽made since 2024, the聽government鈥檚聽commitments in response to these recommendations, and updates on implementation. This page currently includes聽the recommendations of the Infected Blood Inquiry report of 20 May 2024, and the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 report of 4 September 2024.聽Additional inquiry recommendations will be added in due course.
All inquiries will have their own dashboard.聽The聽dashboards聽will look slightly different聽due to聽the unique nature of each inquiry and the聽format of the聽government response.聽However,聽all聽dashboards聽will contain the recommendations,聽the聽government鈥檚 response and, as progress is made, updates on implementation
