The Prime Minister has recorded a message to mark Armed Forces Day, 鈥渙ne of the most important dates in the British calendar鈥�.

In the message, the Prime Minister talks of the 鈥減ride and gratitude鈥� he feels whenever he meets men and women of the Armed Forces.

will be celebrated by thousands of people across the UK today, recognising the contribution made by the men and women of our Armed Forces. The national event for Armed Forces Day is being hosted this year by the city of Nottingham.
