British High Commission's statement on "Wee nabbed in Diplomatic Vehicle "

鈥淭he British High Commission can confirm that a fake diplomatic number plate, part of the 鈥�100鈥� series assigned to our vehicles, was used fraudulently as reported in today鈥檚 Daily Guide Article, 鈥榃ee nabbed in Diplomatic Car鈥�. Therefore, the vehicle seized was not a diplomatic vehicle, nor did it belong to the British High Commission.

We appreciate and commend the regional police who worked closely with our own security team to clarify this quickly鈥�.
