CICA telephone service update
Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) telephone service will be closed for one day.
CICA鈥檚 phone lines will be closed on Monday 25 August 2025 for staff training.
The service will reopen on Tuesday 26 August at 8:30am.
You can and apply online while the service is closed.
