How to find out if you are entitled to a refund on your student loan payments
Our repayment call waiting times are currently far longer than usual due to exceptionally high volumes from customers enquiring about refunds. Customers should聽first check if they鈥檙e due a refund using our dedicated page聽.
Customers can only apply for a refund from previous tax years. Any refunds for this current tax year (6 April 2023 to 5 April 2024), cannot be requested until after the end of the tax year.
Customers who think they might have made a repayment in a previous tax year but earned below that tax year鈥檚 annual repayment threshold can check their previous year鈥檚 statements on their online account聽
