Chris Loake
Biography
Chris joined the Companies House board in 2025, bringing significant experience in technology and data from his roles in FinTech, Banking and Insurance.
He is also currently the Group Chief Information Officer at FTSE100 insurer, Hiscox, and leads their global technology and cyber security teams.聽In the 10 years prior to this he held Chief Technology Officer roles at C Hoare & Co and Close Brothers where in both cases he led their digital transformation agendas.
Earlier in his career he spent 10 years helping public and private sector organisations unlock value through the use of data for global FinTech Experian, where latterly he led their product development capability for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
