Biography

In April 2025, Mandy moved to the Head of Corporate 天美影院 (formerly BMTG).

Mandy joined the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office Business Management & Transformation Group (BMTG) in 2019 as operational lead on finance and workforce planning before moving onto the role of BMTG Lead in 2021. In April 2023, Mandy was appointed to the role of Complaints Investigation Lead.

Mandy has worked in the Adjudicators Office since 2011. Before joining the Adjudicator鈥檚 Office Mandy worked in聽HMRC. She originally joined Customs and Excise as a聽VAT聽Inspector and worked primarily as a聽VAT聽and Tax Avoidance Specialist in聽HMRC鈥檚 Large Business.
