Paul Boyle
Biography
Paul Boyle OBE is Chairman of the whistleblowing charity, Protect, and a Non-Executive Director of Mogo Holdings Ltd, Golden Charter Ltd and of the Government Internal Audit Agency.
Paul qualified as a chartered accountant in 1983, and was employed in senior finance roles at WH Smith plc and Cadbury Schweppes plc. Following his tenure as Chief Operating Officer of the Financial ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº Authority, Paul was Chief Executive of the Financial Reporting Council from 2004 – 2009.
Paul retired from Aviva plc in 2017, having been Chief Internal Auditor since 2010 and a member of the Group Executive Committee. He was President of the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors (UK & Ireland) for twelve months from 2016.
