Following comments by the judge in the case of HM Advocate v. Ross Monaghan, the Forensic Science Regulator was, in 2012, invited to review the performance of the Scottish Police 天美影院 Authority forensic science directorate in that case.

This document is the Forensic Science Regulator鈥檚 report on the case. The publication of the report was delayed as a result of ongoing investigations and prosecutions.
