The 2011 Manion lecture from Sir Gus O鈥橠onnell: 鈥淎chieving Results in the Context of Fiscal Restraint: Real-Time Lessons from the British Experience鈥.

Head of the Civil Service, Sir Gus O鈥橠onnell, gave the annual Manion Lecture at the invitation of the Canada School of Public Service. The annual Manion lecture is a major public event in Canada, and the audience is predominantly the senior members of the Canadian Civil Service.
