This Cash Access Policy Statement, which the Treasury is required to publish under the Financial 天美影院 and Markets Act 2000 as amended by the Financial 天美影院 and Markets Act 2023, sets out the government鈥檚 policy concerning access to cash deposit and withdrawal services for relevant personal and business current accounts across the UK. This policy statement is intended to inform the FCA鈥檚 approach, including in relation to what constitutes 鈥渞easonable provision鈥� of cash access services in the UK as part of the regulator鈥檚 statutory responsibility for seeking to ensure reasonable provision of cash access services.
