Request for the details of all companies that have gone into administration or liquidation between 1 January 2017 and 31 December 2018.
3. 聽Information Released
Companies House (CH) is primarily a registry of company information which it makes available to the public. The public register contains information such as whether a company has entered administration or liquidation, but CH does not routinely collate this information in the format you have requested.
The public register is available to you to search and obtain the information you require and therefore the information is exempt from disclosure under section 21 Freedom of Information Act 2000 as it is accessible to you.
