Applicants seeking a聽DM聽designation should complete the聽DM聽designation application template in full, indicating how the product fulfils the criterion of designation. Completed forms should be sent electronically to the聽MHRA聽Coordinator at聽Decentralised.Manufacturing@mhra.gov.uk.
