This Plain English guidance delivers on the English Devolution Accountability Framework commitment to publish Plain English guidance of English institutions with devolved powers.

This is part of the process of improving public understanding of the roles and functions of devolved institutions and directly elected mayors/leaders in their area.

This version includes those English institutions with devolved powers having an election in May 2024.
