This request was for a copy of the leadership reviews undertaken by professional consultancy organisations for Worcestershire Acute Hospitals Trust, Birmingham Women鈥檚 NHS Foundation Trust and Birmingham Children鈥檚 Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
