Details

To get a copy of a domestic violence protection order/domestic abuse protection order , you should:

  • fill in the sample letter as best you can
  • send it to the聽court听辞谤听聽that dealt with the order

You usually have to pay for a copy but you may be able to聽

You can use the order as evidence if you鈥檙e applying for legal aid to divorce or separate from an abusive partner.
