To get a copy of a domestic violence protection order or domestic abuse protection order , you should:

  • fill in the sample letter as best you can
  • send it to the聽聽that dealt with the order

You can use the order as evidence if you鈥檙e applying for legal aid to divorce or separate from an abusive partner.
