This strategy document sets out how Highways England will deliver 拢150 million of investment on improving England鈥檚 major roads through innovation by 2021. This forms part of the government鈥檚 拢15 billion Road Investment Strategy.

The strategy highlights planned projects that will trial or investigate new technologies and opportunities to further improve safety and tackle congestion on our roads.
