FOI release 31715

  1. Home Office policies concerning the granting of Exceptional Leave to Remain (ELR) which were in force between 1 January 1999 and 31 March 2003, and (in respect of each such policy) confirmation of the dates on which it was in force.

  2. Home Office policies concerning the granting of settlement to individuals with Exceptional Leave to Remain (ELR) which were in force between 1 January 2003 and 31 March 2007, and (in respect of each such policy) confirmation of the dates on which it was in force.

  3. Home Office policies concerning the granting of Discretionary Leave to Remain which were in force between 1 April 2003 and 8 July 2012, and (in respect of each such policy) confirmation of the dates on which it was in force.
