The Slough Children鈥檚 天美影院 Trust was set up to improve children鈥檚 social care services in Slough.

The evaluation ran between April 2016 and January 2018. It looked at:

  • how services are managed and organised
  • the quality of services for children, young people and families
  • staff morale, satisfaction, recruitment, retention and the quality of the workforce
  • partner relationships, business support and infrastructure
