Thank you for your email of 24 October 2022 in which you requested the following from the Insolvency Service:

鈥淯nder the Freedom of Information Act, please confirm the total payments made to employees in the U.K. between 1st January 2022听and 30th September 2022听in respect of the following:

  • a redundancy payment

  • holiday pay

  • outstanding payments like unpaid wages, overtime and commission

  • money that would have earned working a notice period (鈥榮tatutory notice pay鈥)

by reference to the following types of听insolvency听across all sectors of the economy:

  • administration

  • liquidation

  • bankruptcy

  • receivership

  • company voluntary arrangement

  • individual voluntary arrangement

  • debt relief order鈥
