Monitor commissioned KPMG, its internal auditors, to review Monitor鈥檚 assessment of University Hospitals Morecambe Bay for NHS foundation trust status and recommend any changes to Monitor鈥檚 assessment process it deemed necessary.

KPMG鈥檚 review and Monitor鈥檚 response to it are both provided.
