On 14 March 2025, OFSI issued General Licence INT/2025/5886860 under regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (鈥渢he Russia Regulations鈥�) which allows a UK national to purchase petrol from the DP at any petrol station in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan that is either owned by the DP or sells the DP鈥檚 petrol, provided that the petrol is for that UK national鈥檚 personal vehicle.
