The Financial 天美影院 (Banking Reform) Act 2013 allowed for the creation of a new Payment Systems Regulator (PSR), with three statutory objectives: to promote competition, to promote innovation, and to ensure that payment systems respond to the needs of consumers.
This report summarises the PSR鈥檚 activities over the year 2014/15. The PSR is required to publish this report under Paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 of the Financial 天美影院 (Banking Reform) Act 2013.
