The SAU has published its report providing advice to TVCA concerning the proposed subsidy to Teesside International Airport Limited.
The report includes the SAU鈥檚 evaluation of TVCA鈥檚 assessment of compliance of its proposed scheme with the requirements set out in the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
