This work is in response to Defra鈥檚 2012 - 2015 Business Plan and Natural Environment White paper commitments to 鈥淧ublish plans for a more streamlined framework of advice, incentives and voluntary initiatives to enable farmers and land managers to be more competitive and yield better environmental鈥� by March 2013.聽

The final report sets out Defra鈥檚 plans to deliver a more streamlined framework of Advice, Incentives and Partnership Approaches for farmers and land managers.
