Our future services, current appeals and past cases

24 June

All of the services on 24 June will be taking place at Le Grand-Luc茅 War Cemetery, France.

09.45am 鈥� A rededication service for Private William Falconer of The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders attached to 4 Company Auxiliary Military Pioneer Corps who died on 14 June 1940.

10.30am 鈥� A rededication service for Gunner Joseph Humphries of 71 Field Regiment, The Royal Regiment of Artillery who died on 14 June 1940.

11.15am 鈥� A rededication service Signalman Edmund Roberts of The Royal Corps of Signals who died on 13 June 1940.

12.00pm 鈥� A rededication service for Major Richard White-Cooper of 2nd Battalion The Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Regiment who died on 12 June 1940.

26 June

All of the services on 26 June will be taking place at Banneville-la-Campagne War Cemetery, France.

10.00am 鈥� A rededication service for Trooper Francis Dominic Kelly of 1st Northamptonshire Yeomanry, killed in action on 15 August 1944.

10.45am 鈥� A rededication service for Trooper Victor Terrence Little of 1st Northamptonshire Yeomanry, killed in action on 8 August 1944.

11.30am 鈥揂 rededication service for Private John Aneurin Protheroe of 2nd Battalion The Monmouthshire Regiment, killed in action on 15 August 1944.

8 July

3pm 鈥� The burial of CQSM Charles Monro of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders. CQSM Monro was killed in action on 21 October 1914. This service will take place at Aubers Ridge British Cemetery, France.

9 July

11am 鈥� A rededication service for 2Lt John Taylor Macintyre of the Highland Light Infantry who was killed in action in August 1917. This service will take place at Canadian Cemetery No. 2, Vimy, France.

2.30pm 鈥� A rededication service for Cpl Francis Flynn of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders who was killed in action on 9 April 1917. This service will take place at Roclincourt Valley Cemetery, France.

3.30pm 鈥� A rededication service for Sjt Robert Sutherland of the Seaforth Highlanders who was killed in action on 9 April 1917. This service will take place at Highland Cemetery, Roclincourt, France.

10 July

11am 鈥� A rededication service for Pte John Lamond of the Cameronians (Scottish Rifles) who was killed around 14/15 October 1918. This service will take place at Dadizeele New British Cemetery.

15 July

3.30pm 鈥� A rededication service for Lance Corporal Charles Madgwick of 4th Battalion The Bedfordshire Regiment, who was killed in action on 24 March 1918. This service will take place at Lebucqui猫re Communal Cemetery Extension.

16 July

10.30am聽 鈥� A burial service for Corporal Alfred James Morrant and Private Henry Joseph Rycraft of 11th Battalion The Essex Regiment, Private Arthur Albert Grayston and Private Lewis Ephraim Lambert of 8th Battalion The Bedfordshire Regiment, two unknown soldiers of 11th Battalion The Essex Regiment; and two other unknown soldiers of unknown regiments; all these men were killed in action in April 1917. This service will take place at Loos British Cemetery Extension.
