EXPP5090 - Customs Handling of Import and Export Freight (CHIEF) export declarations: Customs Input Entry (CIE)

Export declarations not input direct to CHIEF will be manually keyed into CHIEF by the National Clearance Hub (NCH).
To do so a paper declaration will need to be faxed to the NCH.
The declaration will be accepted and placed on CHIEF.
Legal Acceptance still requires an arrival message.
