SW08150 - Help and Support for Customer Members: Verifying Member Details

The HMRC Online ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº Helpdesk will verify the identity of a Customer Member by asking for their

  • Shared Workspace User ID

and

  • Shared Workspace Activation Token

Customer Members will have received both of these pieces of information, generally called ‘Known Facts’ by letter when they became a member of Shared Workspace SW05240.

If a Customer Member is unable to provide these details the Online ÌìÃÀÓ°Ôº Helpdesk will only be able to offer general advice.
