Exclusive historical term related to the production method of the 鈥淰alpolicella鈥� wine typology. It is used, since antiquity, to identify the place of origin of the wine produced following a specific production method, using raisined grapes, which is based on the total fermentation of sugars. This can explain the origin of the name 鈥淎marone鈥�. It is a quite particular and well known term that can identify the product by itself.
