Abstract

Country mapping studies on humanitarian reform covered each of the project鈥檚 headings of coordination, funding, leadership, partnership, accountability to beneficiaries and the impact of the reform process on humanitarian response. This report summarises the findings for Ethiopia, and makes recommendations for improving the humanitarian response process.
