Abstract

For the Pakistan component of this project, Transparency International chose 鈥渋mproving delivery of Water Supply and Sewerage鈥� to the poor living in shanty towns and low income areas in Gulshan Town, Karachi. This report gives the background to the area and proposed project prior to the implementation of the action research project.
