A new website has been created to help tied tenants access support from the Pubs Code Adjudicator (PCA).
The PCA is concerned to ensure that pubs companies are fully compliant with regulation 46 of the Pubs Code relating to premises insurance, and in particular, a tied tenant鈥檚 right to price match.
