This is the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) standard template for framework contracts for common goods and services. It has been updated for use under the Procurement Act 2023 and its Regulations.

When setting up a new framework contract with the Public Sector Contract, CCS will use:
- the general terms (used in every procurement)
- relevant schedules (some schedules must be used, while others are optional)
These documents are specimen versions only, and should not be downloaded directly for use. CCS will customise the documents for individual procurements and these will be found in the relevant bid pack.
