Details

These schedules can be used in both framework and call-off contracts.

CCS and buyers can choose which schedules to include and whether to edit these template schedules when they form a call-off contract.

Useful terms

  • Definitions - What the capitalised terms in the documents mean and how to interpret the contract.
  • Variation form - How the supplier, CCS and the buyer can make a change to an existing contract.
  • Insurance requirements- The insurance a supplier needs in case it breaches a contract or is negligent.
  • Commercially sensitive information - Information the supplier thinks should not be disclosed or reported to the public because it is commercially sensitive.
  • Sustainability - What the supplier needs to do to behave as a good corporate citizen.
  • Key subcontractors - Restrictions on a supplier changing the subcontractors working on the contract.
  • Financial difficulties - What suppliers must do if they are in financial trouble.
  • Guarantee - The document signed by a third party to provide additional assurance that the supplier will meet their contractual obligations.
  • Rectification plan template - The agreed process if a supplier defaults on a contract.
  • Processing data - Details about the data processing the supplier is allowed to do.

These documents are a draft version only, and should not be downloaded directly for use. CCS will customise the documents for individual procurements and this will be found in the relevant bid pack.
